Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders, Australia-wide.

Delivery

Processing of your order will be completed within 1 business days of your order being made, and payment received. If an order is made on a weekend or public holidays in Australia, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Depending on your location in Australia, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. These delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimates only.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, our couriers may deliver the goods by leaving them at the front door or somewhere secure on your premises. We will not normally require a signature.

If your order is returned to us to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address.  You will be liable for any and all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order.  You must pay these charges to us, as invoiced prior to re-delivery. 

Title of the products within your order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

International postage will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we use couriers and other transport companies to deliver our products. All responsibility for shipment is accepted by you, the purchaser, and all issues relating to lost or damages items during shipment remains the responsibility of the purchaser. All matters associated with courier/transport deliveries of our products, including lost and/or damaged goods is a matter between the courier company and purchaser. We will provide tracking numbers and dispatch details as requested.
